How can I order?
We have 3 ways in which you can order your goods. Either you can order through our website, on the telephone if you prefer a more personal approach, or through the fax. Any way will get our immediate attention.
When will my parcel be delivered?
Your parcel will be dispatched once your payment has been cleared. Special Delivery can be arranged by prior consent.
Can I return a parcel?
If for some unusual reason you are not entirely happy with your product, or if it gets damaged in transit, we will replace this for you - providing it has not been used and is returned in it’s original state and packaging. In the instance that you have changed your mind, a small fee may be incurred for administration.
Regretably we cannot accept postage costs on returns and returns can only be accepted by prior arrangement.
What payment methods do you accept?
We will accept major credit cards, Visa, Mastercard, Switch and Solo through PayPal. Cheques, cash and postal orders are also accepted, but please be aware of sending cash through the post. Cheques will take longer to clear than cards.
Please also note that all our transactions are done in pounds sterling (£).
What if I want to cancel my order?
This is not a problem, providing you let us know within 24 hours. Any time after that you parcel could very well have been dispatched. |
